Well I pooped this out in about an hour, but I'm not sure if that means I'm getting better or just more lazy.

Personality: Despite being an undesired color for A fjord, he has been quite well trained- and is quiet enough to even work next to mares in harness- as long as they aren't in heat, and even then he's just a bit more peppy and less attentive than usual- and still rather manageable. We have yet to see him spook, or even bat an eyelash, which makes him a perfect companion for our girl Sissy. His only real problem seems to be large and noisy equipment like tractors, but he just watches it carefully, almost giving it a stink eye. When not working, he can a bit of a kicker, but a swat on the butt while he's in cross ties gets him to stop, and his pasture mates quickly learned to not test him. We did discover he has a taste for Banana, of all things... For the most part, he's is a very well mannered, and we're hoping he'll be great in the ring like his sire.

History: Kvit is not a recognized color for Fjords (blue eyes are considered weak, and the nearly indiscernible dun pattern on a cremello background is undesired). He was sold cheaply and not registered so that the breeder would not suffer any embarrassment from throwing a kvit foal. FFS tracked him down because they now own his sire, Golden Gun, who has proven his quality beyond a doubt. We bought him from FFS and hope to show him mostly in combined driving.
